Curbside
How do I place a curbside pick-up order?
Curbside pickup is available seven days a week between 8AM – 12AM.
- Go to our menu and start putting together your order by adding items to your cart.
- When your order is complete, go to the checkout bar on the right and select “pickup” & proceed to checkout.
- Next you will need to fill in your information & Upload an ID or Sign into your account.
- Payments may be paid in Cash & Debit. You may indicate your payment choice in the Payment section.
- Applicable discounts will be applied to all non-sale items.
- Loyalty points are redeemable for curbside pickup and in-store.
- Purchases with promotional pricing must be scheduled for the day of promotion.

How do I pick up my curbside order?
When you arrive, pull into one of our dedicated curbside parking spots. Stay in your vehicle and follow the instructions in your arrival notification, and a team member will bring your order directly to your car.
Delivery
What are the delivery fees?
We offer convenient delivery straight to your door. Orders under $75 have a $10 delivery fee, with a $50 minimum order required. Enjoy complimentary free delivery on all orders over $75.
How do I place my order?
You can easily schedule a delivery directly through our online menu. Simply select your items, choose the delivery option at checkout, and input your address to have your order brought straight to your door.
How do I receive an order?
To receive your order, the person who placed it must be present at the delivery address to greet our driver. Please have your cash ready, along with your valid government issued photo ID to complete the required verification.
Express In-Store Pickups
How do I place my order?
Placing an order for express pick-up is simple and secure through our website. Just browse our live menu, add your favorite products to your cart, and check out using our ecommerce platform.
How do I pick up an order?
When you arrive at the dispensary, skip the main line and head directly to our dedicated express pick-up window. Please ensure you have your valid government issued photo ID ready so our team can verify your order and get you on your way quickly.
In-Store Shopping
Where is the store located?
Our dispensary is located at 1800 S Industrial Ave #180, Las Vegas, NV 89102. You can find us in the historic Naked City neighborhood, just moments away from both the energy of the Las Vegas Strip and the creative hub of the Arts District.
What are legal requirements to enter the store?
To enter OASIS, you must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, state ID card, passport, or military ID.
We are required by Nevada state law to verify your age before allowing entry. No one under 21 is permitted inside the dispensary, even when accompanied by an adult.
Please have your ID ready when you arrive.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on cannabis products due to state regulations.
However, if you receive a defective City Trees product, please bring it back to the store within 7 days with your receipt. Our team will gladly inspect it and replace it with the same item if the defect is verified.
How do I place an order in-store?
Just walk in during our open hours and one of our expert budtenders will greet you and guide you through our full selection.
They will listen to your needs, answer any questions, and help you find the perfect products based on your preferences and experience level. Once you’ve made your choices, your budtender will ring you up at the register and complete your purchase quickly and securely.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and debit. An ATM is available on site for your convenience.
Rideshare Discounts
How do I order a rideshare with OASIS?
Take a rideshare to Oasis and we will cover the trip up to $12 with a $50 minimum purchase. Show your rideshare confirmation or receipt to our team, and we will apply the discount at checkout.
