How Much Flower Cannabis Can I Buy in Nevada?
In Nevada you can purchase up to an ounce (28 grams) of flower cannabis at one time. That may not sound like a lot, but it is quite a bit. An 1/8th comes out to 3.5 grams (ours are $25!), so an ounce should last you for a while.
How Many Concentrates or Dabs Can I Buy in Nevada?
Here’s where it gets tricky- concentrates. Concentrates are a form of processed cannabis that is ideal for dabs or infused pre-rolls. Because concentrates tend to be much more potent than flower cannabis, the limit for purchasing concentrates is very different. The THC potency is generally much higher than flower. While flower can range in the 15-25% range, concentrates can rage from the 65-85% range. If you’re looking to pick up concentrates, you can only purchase 3.5 grams per day.
How Many Edibles Can I Buy in Nevada?
Feeling munchie? For edibles in Nevada your daily purchasing limit is 3500 milligrams. Here’s where the math comes in- that’s equivalent to 3.5 grams of infused cannabis in edibles. The rule here is listed as 3500 milligrams because our edibles in Nevada show their potency in milligrams. Most dosages of infused edible products are under 100 milligrams per package. Often times individual servings of edibles are around 5 milligrams to 10 milligrams.
As a note, the purchasing limits may vary state to state. For example, in Colorado you can purchase up to 8 grams of concentrate while in Nevada, you can only purchase 3.5 grams in a day. If you purchase cannabis in another state be sure you look up the purchase limits in that area.
